Open Studio: Between the Lines
Big things are happening in March at Open Studio! Each week, we’ll get inspired by our new exhibit Big Things for Big Rooms, where we’ll encounter pioneering installation artists such as Spencer Finch, Richard Long, Rashid Johnson, and Lygia Pape.
Join us this Saturday as we draw inspiration from Pape’s artwork Ttéia 1, A (1979/2025). Pape was a teacher, and the inspiration for Ttéia came from a lesson she used to teach her students about lines of perspective. Inspired by her artistic practice, we’ll use materials like string, thread, and styrofoam to create our own woven installations!
Meet in Art School on the Museum’s Lower Level.
