Open Studio: Head in the Clouds
Big things are happening in March at Open Studio! Each week, we’ll get inspired by our new exhibit Big Things for Big Rooms, where we’ll encounter pioneering installation artists such as Spencer Finch, Richard Long, Rashid Johnson, and Lygia Pape.
Join us this Saturday as we draw inspiration from Finch’s artwork Cloud (H2O). Finch was intrigued by the molecular structure of water and how clouds are always changing. Inspired by his artistic practice, we’ll use clay, wire, toothpicks, and other art-making materials to create our own suspended molecular installations.
