Yoga Session: Golden Glow Yoga
A sun-soaked celebration of summer featuring DC's own go-go music. Gold and yellow symbolize optimism and vitality as participants explore heart-opening poses. Includes 'Shine Your Light' meditation where each person identifies one gift they bring to their community. Perfect for embracing joy and radiance. Registration required, Spaces are limited so please arrive early to claim your space.
Attire: Please be sure to wear breathable clothing that allows for full range of movement and comfortable shoes. Participants are encouraged to embrace each workshop's color theme in their attire.
