Yoga Session: Emerald Flow – Rooted & Rising
A grounding Kemetic yoga experience drawing from ancient Egyptian practices. Green earth tones represent growth and renewal as participants connect to ancestral wisdom through traditional poses and breathwork. Opens with the Kemetic greeting 'Hotep' (peace) and includes ancestral acknowledgment. Attire: Please be sure to wear breathable clothing that allows for full range of movement and comfortable shoes. Participants are encouraged to embrace each workshop's color theme in their attire.
